Today in my business class, we had a disussion about the difference between morality and ethics. It was a great conversation, and I thought that I'd open it up here too. I know what I came up with, but I want to know what your feelings on them are. Yay discussion!

i know little about morality and even less about ethics, i cant really even define ethics and morality i think just comes with commen sence, but idk i think there kind of the same thin arent they, when its in some context? right? or am i totally off

dead on man. they cover the same mode of thought except they are used and meant differently in different scenarios.

let me try and explain...

ethics are rules or standards to live by.
morality is the quality that a person has when they abide by those rules or standards.

i think that is about it....
