if you are getting the following error message
Code:
Could not connect to smtp host : 10060 : A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

it is a known issue. the Internet provider at Thomas' new office doesn't allow us to send out mail from the forum server. we are working on it.

i have disabled email functions in the forum, this should stop everyone from seeing any error messages.
