I don't meant to make this dramatic or anything, but I will no longer be going to girls night. I just feel that for a long time it's been very surface level conversation. Not all of us feel safe talking to each other about real things in our lives or just don't want to. Girl's night used to be so much fun and personal, now it's just not the same. I feel like everyone is walking on egg shells or harboring hurt feeling.
Again, I just feel like girl's night isn't fun anymore and that I was spending time with people that didn't really care about me or could care less if I was even there. Things have changed and I hope you all can be real with each other about your feelings instead of saying what you think people want to hear, then talking crap behind their backs or what you are expected to say. I know that I have fell into this cycle to too, but I'm getting out. I wish the rest of you the best of luck with girl's night. I won't be there tomorrow and I was thinking about coming back the next Tuesday for one last time if you girls wanted me to explain myself or if you had questions, but I don't know if I will.

I have been feeling similarly about girls night for a while. We have shared so many fun times and memories together. But things haven't felt good or real between us for some time and I think that we all need a change. So on that note, I will also not be attending girls night anymore.

Change is occurring...so no one has to apologize! Sometimes a little distance is good. So, lets make the time we do spend together REALLY count from now on! I am so happy you said how you are honestly feeling about things Heather, because I agree with you. On many different levels our friendships have grown as a result of having girls night, but in other ways we have fallen into a cycle of negativity that we must stop. Maybe just random get togethers and smaller hang-outs are what we need right now. However this turns out, I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!

Heather, I'm sorry that you felt left out by the group sometimes. It was never our intention to hurt your feelings or make you feel excluded. You are my friend and i care about you and I want you to be happy. I'm sorry that girls night changed to a shallow level that you didn't like; if there is anything that you ever want to talk about, i would be more than happy to talk about it with you. I want you to know that I have not been harboring any hurtful or bad feelings toward you. And again, i am sorry if you felt rejected or excluded.


I'm really sorry that you girls have decided to leave girls night. i didn't really notice any of the changes and i feel bad that you girls aren't getting what you want out of girls night. I wish that you would have told us about these concerns earlier because I would have tried my hardest to make girls night better.


I hope that you girls enjoy the new things that you do on Tuesday nights.If there is ever anything you want to talk about on a deep level, i would be more than happy to at least try!
