Party Time and Place ANNOUNCED BELOW!!!!!!!!1 May 30th, 2006, 11:17 pmSo in talking to thomas we have decided to have the LAN party on June 16th and 17th. thats right we are going to attempt a 48 hour party. the goal is to play so many video games for so long that we will not think about playing another video game again....for a couple of hours. I have also purchased new network switches for this event so lag will be a thing of the past. i will be setting up thursday night and the party will begin at 12pm Friday and end at 11:59pm Saturday. of course you could come and go whenever you want. however i will be there throught the whole thing so if anyone shows up you will have another human to play with/against. Bring Cash to buy pizza or for supporting the all important Burrito run and feel free to bring junk food for me to ea...i mean for everyone to enjoy. Even if you do not have a computer come along and you can play on one of mine or someone elses. also if you need directions let me know via e-mail MrBurritoMan(AT)X-INfERNO.com. SEE YOU THERE!!!!
Right Almost Forgot...The Games That We are going to play at some time or another are:
All of the Battlefield Series Games (1942,2)
HalfLife2 and any supported mods (i.e. sourceforts)
Tribes 1 (duh), and Tribes 2 if you guys want
Starcraft Brood War
Now i would like to say it now because i know it is going to come up later. if you guys want to play these games you will have to either buy or pirate them yourselves. i have purchased licenses for all of my gaming worthy PCs however it would be nice to have a few more than three playing HL2 unlike last time we did this. SO BUY THE FRIGGIN GAMES!!!!

Update: THERE WILL BE DOOR PRIZES AND STUFF YOU CAN WIN FOR PLAYING WELL IN SOME/ANY/ALL OF THE GAMES. the prizes might be a little on the nerdy side (networking equipment) however if you win you get your pick of the litter. Even if something you win is something you hate, you now have something that you can put on ebay!! SO COME AND WIN MY STUFF!!
