Cutco is a door to door knife sales company.
For the most part, they're a big pyramid scheme where most people who know of the company think it's a joke.
In this post someone is so excited about how they got a job, and based on what the reader knows of the original poster, he guesses the job is for cutco. I'm assuming the post goes on and hilarity ensues, but that is what the picture entails.
