 Suntrust National Marathon March 22nd, 2009, 2:28 pmOfficial Time 4:24:48, (our wave of runners started a few minutes after the clock you see in the picture) a lot slower than I had hoped but I had a bit of a set back a few weeks ago when I had sprained my ankle and developed a bout of illiotibial band syndrome. I had to cut my running training in 50% and hadn't been able to do a run of longer than 9 miles in almost a month. All in all, I think for my first marathon just finishing it was quite the accomplishment.
