Hey everyone!

So now that the camping trip is a no go, we have a three day weekend to fill with fun and birthday celebration for Eric.

Eric suggested a BBQ on Monday. Bethany's down if she is back in time. Anyone else interested? Thomas and I would be happy to host, unless someone else would like to this time. We'll need to pick up hot dogs and hamburgers before Friday, or else we will have to deal with Memorial Day shopping mayhem. LOL

Also, if people have other ideas to fill our weekend with fun, post them here.

We need to find a pool. For serious. Is anyone willing to offer up their pool and/or BBQ for Monday?

I can't offer my pool for monday because I'm leaving for Long Beach that day and I don't want to leave too late or feel like I left a mess for my parents. But, my pool is available for friday, saturday, or sunday if people want to have a pre-memorial day pool party.

my pool was flooded last week by a leak in the plumbing in the back yard, so it's a bit dirty. dunno if it'll clear up by the weekend. if it does, mine is open. otherwise, the water looks a little murky.

If we cannot find another pool option, I think that we should have a pre-memorial day party at Nicole's!

In the interest of maintaining my sanity, I have decided NOT to go to Glamis. I'm gonna do myself a favor and take it easy. And if that means chillin with you fine people and lounging pool-side saterday or sunday...that's what I'm gonna do. Yeah for Memorial Day weekend; it's so conveniently located a week before my finals.

Bethany, I'm sorry that you are going to miss glamis but I'm thrilled that you are going to be available this weekend.

Yes we can! Saturday it is.

It can start anytime and end at anytime. I have no preference. Also, we have a fire-pit that has never been used so at some point we should play with fire.

I just looked up the weather tomorrow and saw that it would be a high of 87. Yay!

So, we will have hotdogs and hamburgers for bbqing. If you want anything else feel free to bring it or suggest it to me before I go shopping tomorrow. Also, I think I took my only frisbee and basketball to long beach so if you want to play with stuff like that someone should bring it.

when should we be over?

We talked about it, and I think we agreed people should head over around noon...and then we'll start to BBQ around 2pm. Also, since it's gonna be Eric's B-Day on sunday, any requests for your cake/ice cream (I'll make whatever's your favorite...) -OR- do you wanna go out or something on sunday?

anything ice creamy and cakey is good. ice cream is my fav.
