1.5 mi! a little over 12 minutes! i did some burn-out type things. sprinted as far as i could, and then slowed to a trot, then sprinted again, etc. the sprints saved a lot of time!

Yeah I find when I do interval work the overall pacing is about the same as a pace run and I feel a lot less tired at the end (I guess that means I could go faster during the intervals)
I played basketball today but took the day off from running, first day I didn't run in April
