...I got hit by a car! Seriously, took me half way through the intersection until she stopped. I'm okay physically but a little shaken up. 3.79 miles in 32:10.55 Mile 1: 8:27.66 Mile 2: 8:26.22 Mile 3: 8:32.19 Mile 3.79: 6:44.48 (@ 8:33/mile) .... then BAAAAM!!! Hello White mini SUV |

also, i've still been running, i just haven't had time to post my times when i'm at home. i have 'em all written down, though! i'll update this weekend maybe. |
