Okay so I just completed my first "barefoot" run with the bikilas  4.10 miles in 35:51.36 (@ 8:44/mile)...slowed me down a little bit... Mile 1: 8:41.45 Mile 2: 8:32.58 Mile 3: 8:46.49 Mile 4: 8:53.45 Now I just gotta decide if I want to try the bikilas all the time or rotate with my other shoes |
