3.57 miles in 32:38.85 (@ 9:08 pace)

Ended up going to do hill repeats this morning 5 x 2 hills.

Go up on hill, come down, go up the other hill, come down, lather, rinse, repeat x 5

Therefore my overall pace was a little slow (I should've pushed a little more up the hills I guess) but it was a good workout, I'd like to incorporate more hill work into my routine.

I won't bother with the splits cuz they're probably pretty boring. I should've been keeping track of my splits for the hills but wasn't next time!!!

hills are my bane.

i gave my ankle some time off, so i'm gonna try running again tonight. depending on how it feels i may try to go for a 3-4 mile run to victoria/poly and back.
