1.5 miles in way too long (15 minutes). ankle started bothering me during the last half mile, and i got a nasty cramp after the first half mile! ugh! half-marathong status i will achieve you again.

i also did a ton of upper body work that morning too! lots of pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, curls, etc!
