4 miles today in 31:30.93 which amounts to a 7:53/mile pace. Here are my splits for each mile Mile 1: 8:02.56 Mile 2: 7:31.53 Mile 3: 8:04.74 Mile 4: 7:52.01 I wanted to try to run Mile 3 faster but I wasn't paying much attention. I'll try to sculpt my 4 milers to work on my speed a little bit. Running 8, 7:30, 7:30, 8 would be a nice way to start adding a little boost to my runs. |
