Mile 1: 8:24.58
Mile 2: 8:20.41
Mile 3: 8:05.74
Mile 4: 8:05.66
Mile 5: 8:01.56
Mile 6: 8:41.50
Mile 7: 7:57.70
Mile 8: 7:55.68
Mile 9: 8:42.31
Mile 10: 8:02.41
Mile 10.13: 57.70 (7:28 minute/mile)
Nice run and my fun new toy was pretty cool, yay for Garmin Forerunner GPS watch!
24.13 miles for the week, I missed my Thursday run because it was pouring rain, boo
