12 miles today! Someone was running at my same pace on the path so we ran together a bit, I guess we were doing a 7:30 pace which totally killed me about 10 miles in, I ran to walk a little at the end but I ended up finishing in good time. Very promising for my half marathon in a month and a great way to start off August! That makes it 32 miles this week.
