I don't really know how to log my mileage today, I went to physical therapy and they had me run about a mile on the treadmill to take a look at my gait. Because my day was so packed and my PT appointment so early I missed my usual morning run. I went for a run after PT at the gym but again was in a hurry and I only managed to do a 5k so I guess I'll log in as a 5k but I did a little extra. I hate busy days! |
