4 miles for today it was pretty rough I was pretty tired but pushed through. Woot!

I've been trying to do some stuff since I finished P90X but it's hard on my own. I might look into a new program that's less intense to start!

Just to keep in shape, generally. I'm pretty happy with my size and tone at this point, just gotta keep it if I can!

I'd recommend just doing some cardio 4 days a week and then some general program around different muscle groups rotating for 6 days a week, something like abs, arms x2, lower body x2, core training x2.
