3.01 miles today in 21:38.79, that's 7:12/mile. A little faster than I typically run but I'm really focusing on some speed training for the next half marathon. I also neglected to put up my 4 mile run for Wednesday (31:40.48). I'll try to get a run in tomorrow morning in Riverside before the wedding. Wheeeeeeeee........
