6.12 miles in 58:08, that's a pace of 9:30/mile, quite a bit slower than I usually run, the heat today was killer, 75 degrees with 91% humidity at 6:30 in the morning. I had to end up walking a little bit in the middle just because I felt so drained. Anyways, 20.12 miles for the week. Hopefully Saturday will be a little cooler (or less humid) because I'd like to go for my longest pre-half marathon run. We'll see!
