Whats a good file size which will allow for a quick upload?

Whats a good quality for the image to not be pixelated?

whats the best way to get a file size not to large to download, yet having a good image quality for video?


im starting to to do video podcasting so im trying to figure out good ratios to its small file size but not sacraficing image quality.
