Personally I like the wisdom of the qoute: "You can get a good look at a T-bone steak by sticking your head up a butcher's a** but wouldn't you rather ask the cow." ...oh wait, dang it how does that one go again

You guys are so funny. I'm not sure if my parents imparted wisdom on me as often as yours seemed to do but there have been some crazy phrases to remember. One thing that my mom always said when I was a kid was, "think before you speak." It seems simple but she said it so often that I hear it in my head on a regular basis. And now because of that statement, I analyze everything I'm going to say and everything that others say. I know her intentions were good but now I act crazy. lol
