gaaa, stupid jack thompson!
the violence problem in america cannot be solved by banning video games or even violent movies. the only way it can be solved is through good parenting. you could ban and destroy evey violent video game/movie/song in the world and it wouldn't make a difference at all because they arn't the problem. if children are not brought up to respect others, then no amount of censoring will solve their problem. someone needs to give mr thompson a clue because he is barking up the wrong tree!

Violent Movies and Video games sure arn't helping the violence problem through out America but I agree that without good parenting you'll get no where.
I do see an issue with little kids playing games like grand theft auto and stabbing police officers and stealing cars, the thing is games like this have an M rating, so unless your parents buy it for you, you're not going to be playing it when you're a kid.
Also I think Jack Thompson knows it's not violent video games, I think he just likes to be a douche.
