hi everyone! happy thanksgiving and all that! While i wait for the turkey to cook, I checked out some Wii stuff and I found a comparison page from the regular cables to svideo cables! check it out:
http://www.gamespot.com/features/6162297/p-2.html
mouse over the pics to see the difference, it's crazy! we should definitely invest in these cables!
anyways have a good day guys and i'll see ya when i get back!

hmm...upon further inspection, it seems that we can only get them online right now and they may be a bit pricey (40-60$?!) still its a big difference but we could probably hold out till christmas!

I'm all for it but component does not mean S-Video and the projector doesn't do component. Fortunititly I was already looking into it and there may be a solution, It wont be soon though.

ok! after further inspection, it seems that there will indeed be an s-video cable, but it looks like it hasn't been released yet! from what i've seen it looks like one is already out, or it will be released sometime this year. I saw a madcatz s-video cable being released by the end of december, but madcatz blows so we need an official one! I'm pretty sure it hasnt been released yet so we should keep our eyes open!

Ok The Component->VGA transcoder should be coming shortly. I have run Cat5 for the new connections but i need to solder the ends on all of it. Then check this out:
yay!
After that we will be all ready for some HD progressive scan goodness for DVDs, 360, wii, the media player and anything else!
